- Please give the video ample time to load for a better viewing experience you may want to move back to start after loading some of it in order to view it more smoothly. Load time will vary depending upon your connection speed.
- Make sure the sound on your computer is turned up. Having the movie's sound level up will not be enough if you computer speakers are low or on mute.
- You may not have the latest version of either QuickTime™ or Flash™ Player installed in your browser
- No Sound on a PC:
- You may have to go into your Control Panel --> Hardware and Sound --> Device Manager, and look under Sound, video and game controllers as well as checking to see that you have the to make sure that your sound drivers are installed and properly configured.
- Look to see if you have the QuickTime plug-in in your Control Panel. Check to see that its Audio settings are configured to use your preferred system.
